Turn one parent's night-time problem into a physical product, then sell it direct

vonu · See the business →
Who it’s for
Someone with a real problem from their own life who wants to test a small physical product without a big budget.
The lesson
The founders started from a problem they lived through, built a rough prototype at home, and put their own story on short video and Meta ads. They sold direct from their own store, which let them test, learn and change the product quickly. The lesson is to prove one narrow need with a cheap prototype before committing to inventory.

Who pays and why

New parents pay for a single product that eases gas, reflux and tummy time for a baby who is uncomfortable. It is an emotional, time-pressured purchase, made at a moment when the buyer is tired and wants something that works. The public offer shows a hero lounger at a sale price in the tens of dollars, plus accessories, bundles and a diaper bag, so customers can add items to the basket. The founders say they raised average order value and lifetime value deliberately through bundles.
