Who pays and why
Parents of high school students pay, and the student is the user. The reason is a score target tied to college admission. The offer reduces the risk of a vague purchase: a diagnostic test shows where points are lost, sessions follow a weekly rhythm, and a session with a tutor the student dislikes is not charged. The company claims an average 110-point gain after 10 sessions; that is its own claim, and it does not offer a score guarantee. Customer lifetime is short because students take the test and leave, so the business must keep finding new families.
